Independent preparation service

Cloud Exam Coach provides original study resources and practice material. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce.

Acceptable use

Use the service for personal learning and exam preparation.
Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, unlawful content, or malicious code through support channels.

Practice results

Practice scores and guidance are educational indicators only and do not guarantee a certification result.

Availability

Features, certification names, pricing, and availability may change. We work to keep access reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Purchases and subscriptions

New individual practice purchases include one year of access from confirmed payment. Earlier purchases retain their original access. All-access subscriptions include current and future certification practices during verified paid periods and renew automatically at the price agreed at checkout until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to successful payment. Failed, refunded, or reversed payments may suspend access. Your separate practice purchases remain independent of a subscription. For billing issues or refund requests, contact us through the support page.
